Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell Expects Senate Appropriations Committee to Prepare Bill to Fund U.S. Coronavirus Efforts in the Next Two Weeks.

Speaking to the Senate on Thursday, McConnell said he hoped the committee members would be able to agree on the “right amount” to secure the right level of funding to meet the country’s needs..

“I hope they can get the job done quickly so that the full Senate can bring the bill up for consideration within the next two weeks,” McConnell said..
