The Finnish Presidential Administration said the US and Russia will hold nuclear arms control talks in Helsinki on Monday.

A statement by the administration of Finnish President Sauli Niiniste released on Sunday said that “the round of discussions on strategic stability and nuclear weapons between the US and Russia, which began in Vienna this summer, will continue in Helsinki on Monday.”.
